Pierre, In the UK it is law that degrees Celsius be used for all "public health
and public safety" matters. Under the law, degrees Fahrenheit are an optional
extra, It is dangerous to mix up Celsius and Fahrenheit on hot water systems.
If somebody is used to setting hot water systems to 100°F and they
inadvertently set it to 100°C, there could well be fatal consequences.

I'm not asking how many are dual-scale. I'm asking how commonly they display in
Celsius. Either they can only display in Celsius, or the user set it to Celsius.
