Hello Sir,

Could you please take a look at these short videos i made which show my flowgraphs:

My issue is the following: the signal can only be detected after getting the antennas close to eachother, even after that, it seems that the text is not able to make it through (decoded perhaps).

I can't afford to use a cable, it has to be wireless. I initially aimed at transmititng at 220/221 MHz, and the whole scheme was inspired by this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kplMaL7e2l4.

Please don't make us watch a video to figure out what your flow-graph looks like. Just attached the .grc file.

Also, the HackRF is known to be somewhat-deaf in the VHF band, but that's as much about the HackRF as is reasonable to discuss here, really. This is the usrp-users mailing list. You might also try the hackrf mailing list. But without seeing your .grc, it is hard to make guesses about
  what might be wrong.

Just attach your .grc file.

I did post previously here only once before about a porblem
sending packets between a USRP B210 and a hackrf. The problem
I nticed does not lie in the packet endocders/decoders, but in
the actual reception of the signal to begin with:
        https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kZTo8-32mIg
        <https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kZTo8-32mIg>

        Please note the following:

1- I tested both of the USRP and HackRF for FM reception
coming form local stations, and the results were positive. I
was able to save WAV files and so forth.

2- I tried to transmit a wav file from the usrp to the hackrf
(using NBFM blocks), nothing shows on the fft or scope plots
in terms of the desired frequencyl, I could only detect extra
added noise at the receiver side when my usrp is transmitting.

3- I then tried to send a simple sinusoidal wave at the same
frequency fromt eh usrp to the hackrf, again, the fft doesnt
        show any detected signal.

        Your help is greatly appreciated.

        Thank you,

Without seeing your code or .grc file or what have you, it's hard
    to help.
