Certs range in price from $40 to $1,400 per year.  We are planning to
have 40+ domains this year and more next.  For 3 machines this adds up to
about $430 per year per domain, or $17,200/year.  If we do a tunneling
machine, it's only $6,150/year but we add another single point of
failure.
