Stuart, jb, please calm down. You guys are great. I honestly appreciate your vigilance and concern. I think every single one of your points was clearly made many, many, many posts ago.
However, your posts are inflammatory. You know that no one is out to get you. You know perfectly well that everyone is doing their best, as incompetent as that may be. You are being counter-productive. I would also like a better and more publicized policy. How about instead of making it sound like the world has come to an end, try writing a thoughtful policy, bring it up for thoughtful discussion, and then we'll get it publically posted where ever we can. That would be a great service to the UUG. I mean that seriously. Put some thought into it, write a thoughtful draft, and good things will happen. We're all on the same side. If you continue to have doubts concerning the intentions or actions of officers of the club, please contact me personally. Not a single one of you who has been violently opposed has talked with me personally. You have all prefered the more contentious approach. There are certain things I'm not comfortable discussing on a large forum because of respect to others. I don't like contention. We don't need it. Let's do things. I think we're all tired of flaming. Let's be productive. -- Andrew McNabb http://www.mcnabbs.org/andrew/ PGP Fingerprint: 8A17 B57C 6879 1863 DE55 8012 AB4D 6098 8826 6868
