Security is a very big thing for me as well. I've spent a lot of time
making sure that you need passwords to get into anything (except for
when they are filling out their information for the first time). They
can't log into the system until they have been reviewed and approved by
a member of the Bishopric. I was very much aware of the "no ward
website" policy, but it was so difficult as membership clerk to keep
track of like three different systems. At least this way I was hoping
for an easy way to export/import data out of MIS and really save a lot
of time all the way around and keep things better synced. I guess my
Access database will just have to work, although I can't seem to hand it
off, no one has Access.
