That is where mine are leaking, the top, did the clear silicone work?
Did you just run a bead on the outside or did you take it apart and seal the
matting surface? Can you totally seal a mater cylinder? I ask because I
wonder what that breather cut out is and if you can seal that specific area.
To be honest I am sick and tirered of having to repaint cylinders. Plus I
am worried about finish on the rest of the machine. Anybody got a success
story here?
