Paul; If you are running down the highway and your bike is hesitating on
throttle opening and you are only getting 78 mpg you are running rich
on your needles, Drop your needles one more notch leaner to one from the
top. Your idle screws only affect idle and near idle settings. Leave
your idle screwws at 2.5 turns. Try this and get back with me and I'll
tell you how to lean out your idle circuit. I always work on one mixture
range at a time. Either Idle, Needle (midrange), Main jets (upper).
