Mostly by not installing the V-boost like in the 100 hp European model. As for other
differences there are quite a lot mentioned in this group, but no one can point the
finger to them and I cannot see any reason for Yamaha to spend so many resources and
money in the making of several models at the same time. This of course does not
include the year to year changes that Yam makes in order to improve the bike ( which
are not many I must say).
