Hi Don,
If I crash my Vmax, I'll be dead. I won't have to worry about replacing it.
The only time I take my max to its real potential, is at the drag strip in a
controlled environment. As for the dyno, the same dyno operator, with nearly
the same conditions. Even at the track, I tried to keep track of the same
temp, baro pressure and track pressure, spark plugs and all other possible
constants. Thats one thing I won't do is knock down someone elses
product...unless it really sucks. The Hindle is a Great all around pipe. Did
great on my max. However, the Kerker makes more power...hands down. You
should try one. I think you have a highly modified max....right? You may
benifit more than me or anyone else with an internally stock max. Do you
know what we need to do? I have said this before. Lets get together at a
drag strip and see how well we have tuned our internally stock max's and
compare notes. I really would love to host some sort of V'max test&Tune in
the south east region. I know this is my hobbie, but I take it seriously.
I'm alway open to suggestion and increasing my knowledge....and i not a pro,
however, am pretty good at the track...on a bracket tree....I suck at a pro
tree.....
