"If I crash my Vmax, I'll be dead. I won't have to worry about
replacing it." ... FOTFLMAO !! OK Stan .. this is a classic, (I'm
adding it to my collection) !! I couldn't agree with you more .... the
dragstrip is great fun and a great opportunity to try things out,
(plus you get paper to make an intelligent evaluation ... Bandimere
used to put absolute barometric pressure, temp, 60, 330, 660, 1000,
1320ft on them .... ), you are lucky if you have a place that is
convenient and has plenty of test nights ...... Thats a cool idea for
an all day get together !! It would be a blast with a heard of Vmaxes
...... ;>) Wouldn't it be interesting to mix a couple of consecutive
test days/nights with a MSF experienced rider review ??!? This would
present more of an opportunity and time to really check out what
everyone else is doing .... The way it is most of the time ... we meet
... talk for a few minuets .... mount up ... ride half a day ... eat
... and ride back ...... hmmmmmmm .... I always see stuff that is
interesting but the "ride" dominates the day and "check out time" is
limited ...
