TC, the Motec is quite the unit and no question that being able to also
control the ignition and store data would be the ultimate solution...but
upon looking a little closer I found that while the Motec base unit is only
a couple of hundred dollars more than the SDS, once you add in the
connection cables and software you would be up to around $1800...not to
mention the other control modules. This starts to put the idea out of the
range of most of us MaxNuts...me anyway.

As for the MSD flex mount units...neat idea. Would save having to build fuel
rails.

Also, now that I think about it, I heard a comment a while back that PCW was
looking at fuel injection. Has anyone talked to them lately?

cheers, Terry

BTW, did you catch the Ractech 9.9 second Mazda RX-3 on the dealers page.
This is the model that I had in my youth...not quite the same build-up
obviously since I drove on the street, but my version surprised more than a
few Camaro's and Challengers in its day and was probably part of the
influence that has led me to the Max today ; )
