My S7K installation was carried out according to their instructions and of course I 
did change the main air inlet replacing it with the air correctors DCO402. 

I also agree with you that 4th notch could be far too much, but surely it would not 
affect performance that much. I will try other positions, but it was so good with the 
standard air box, regardless of the needle position that I do not believe that being 
the cause of all my problems.

Another new condition I and the cops have to handle is the terrific sound coming out 
from the canisters . Right now I cannot avoid all by-standers to turn their heads as I 
pass, the system is VERY VERY LOUD, 2 1/4" straight through pipes...... God save the 
Queen..........
