this is not my rev. limiter, I just found it on the web, it is manufactured in England
and to my knowledge it is good apart from cheap. I do not know if it is a two phase
limiter, but I know that the led lights will flicker green first meaning you are about
to reach the limit and in you continue the red led will come on and then flicker and
cut the ignition to a certain level. I want to buy and install it, but right now I'm
too busy to do anything of that kind, maybe next month...
