I popped the clips off with a large screwdriver. (I put safety glasses on after the first one came off). After getting the scoops back from the chromers, I put the clips in a vise and squished them back to "square" - seemed to work fine. I used standard black rtv silicone on the rear rubbers. I let them "cure" over night with light tension on them and they are on there solid as before.
