couple of questions regarding the Rubber dampers that are supposed to be attatched to the scoops. 1. There are two rubber dampers that are attatched via clips. Can these clips be reused ? If so How ? I couldn't even get my old ones off so they are still on the scoops. They were actually chromed. 2. There is another rubber damper that is attatched via some sort of adhesive.
