just a note about my experience with the Metz. 880 170-80-hb15 on MY
stock swingarm '85. when first mounted saw about 1/16" clearance on the
shaft side. checked the pressure,low, raised to spec. and the clearance
disappeared. to date it has run the outter rim off the tread and on a short
(low speed) ride with my wife put a couple of serious scuffs on the sidewall
as well. could i shave about 1/32-1/16th off the washer beside the brake
bracket and add the same on the otherside? or am i just going to buy a new
tire? thanks for any reply.....steve #1131
