Thanks Steve,
I tried your mod by taking my old stock velosity
stacks and putting them up in side my individule
K&N filters. Trimmed them off at the top so they
would fit up inside & raised the filters about 2"
higher off the carbs.
I was surprised! My max was very tourquey before
with stage 7. Now more so! Hit a rough spot on my
street in 2nd gear jiggled my hand on the
throttle found myself looking for a way to calm
the beast down again. I had this problem under
control before this mod.
Now if I can just get that &&#@* pilot screw out!
PS Just got my VMOA membership card and patch in
the mail today. Glad to be Member VMOA #1200
