Yes, there is a lot of room for a mic, even with my oversized noze. On the
sizing, I wear a Large with most other companies, but opted for the XLarge
on the Nolan. And it does require both hands to undue the latches. The
chinbar is very solid, so you have to undue both of the latches at the same
