There's not much in the manuals as to what occurs when you hit the
reserve.The fuel pump goes to constant on state and yes it will shut off any
fuel to the system without it on reserve in the on position even with a full
tank of fuel.Been there done that with a stuck starter switch which lit the
bike up like a christmas tree (oil light,fuel light etc.) and shut the bike
off untill I went to reserve on the switch.Ok Tyler and others this is one
we havent hashed out on the list and a dam* good question.What sensing unit
are they using ? It's almost got to be a lower pickup in the tank directly
associated with the reserve switch and solid state pickup for the sensor.I
see all these posts and someone comes up with something that this list is
