I just got back from a trip down to Sonomafest. I bought a Chase Harper
magnetic tank bag and an Eclipse tail bag. It is amazing how much stuff you
can fit in these bags. If you don't carry a passenger, I would suggest the
tail bag. It takes about ten seconds to put on, and can be carried around
like a piece of luggage when not on the bike. For long trips, you can "lay
down" on the tank bag and get pretty comfy. Here's what my bike looks like
