Bill,
Please take a look at the Mikuni/Dynojet comparison chart at
http://tcamp30.home.pipeline.com/ .. under "General Info" ... It
explains a lot about the sizing and numbering relationship ... ie: a
DJ150 has a 1.5mm hole etc ... The Mikunis do not use the same scheme
.. and the noses are shaped different ... like a pot with a big hole
and then the actual "working" hole at the base of the pot etc ...
please read the material.

I can assure you that they would not drill a jet and mail it to you
.... If you are going to purchase a jet ... just buy the size you
want. Paul was only suggesting that you might want to "drill" as
opposed to buying a bunch of jets ........ until you determined you
were in the ball park ...... I was only suggesting that if you had
jets left over from old stage 1 or stage 7 kits that you pretty much
had the spectrum in your hands already ... as a DJ150 to DJ190, (or MK
equiv), is about it as far as fooling with the air jets. If one of
those do not put you in range then you need to make a move in the fuel
bowl ....... a change in the fuel bowl is a "big" step ... a change in
the PAJ2, (or PAJ1 for that matter) ... is a "small" step ... If your
bypass holes are plugged you aren't taking any steps .... it is like
drilling the lid on a jar ... you can make a bigger hole and pour
water in but it won't come out the other side no matter how big the
hole is ... IMHO ......
