I have been thinking of changing my exhaust over to something like drag pipes but the advertising warns that you have to remove the center stand.  Not an option I like.
 
Anyone have some thoughts on this.
 
Also I want to buy a sissy bar plus luggage rack but don't want the stamped chromed metal.  Prefer the aluminium style to match the grab rail.

Have a 98 V-Max, European model that I want to get more power from.
 
I understand  that Dyno Jet, Stage 7 is the way to do it. In this kit I also understand I have to include new filters and new exhaust.
 
My question and concern is if I can  with a choise of jets effect the charactheristics of the engine? I want a flat tourqe curve.
 
Second, when I change the exhaust I will have a better sound, but I don't want to get ride of the possibility to use central stand.
I also prefer to have two pipes (think it looks great). What choise do I have on the market? 
 
Has slip on any negative effect compared to a completly new system ?
 
Any other good advices or recommendations how to do this, most probably I will ask a dealer / workshop to do the operation.
 
Cost proposal a got was approx 10-13000 Swedish, equal to 1500 USD.
