Duke,
Well .. I think you have changed everything that could make a
difference ... and should have resolved your problem. The only thing
that isn't new is the wiring .... I wouldn't expect you to pull the
wiring harness ... sooooo unless you have a new battery with a bad
cell, a swinging open stator or rectifier then I would suggest a
really first class inspection and cleaning of all the connectors ...
they need to be burnished and clean ... After cleaning .. coat them
with No-Ox .. a silicone dialectic grease etc ...

Put your voltmeter on the battery with the engine running and "handle"
all the associated wiring and connectors .. especially the little
white insulated stator leads to the rectifier etc ..  If it is "not"
one of the new components .. then it is one of the "new" components
being disconnected while on the job ... It should be easier to find
"off" the bike instead of running down the road ... Annnnnnndddddd ..
you said you didn't have any "special" electrical equipment right ??!?
No seat warmers, UFO spotlight array, flashing wheel well lamps etc
... right ??
