FLORIDA has just passed a new law that will enable motercyclists to go
without a helmet,,,,the only catch is that you need to have a additional 10k
coverage for bodily injury...with last years bike week in mind the event was
the deadliest one so far chaulking up 14 fatal crashes.If you wish to drive
without you need to have the extra coverage ,but with the mass number of
bikers durring events people will just go ahead and ditch the lid..this is
not a great idea although your chances of getting away with it are high ,and
the fine for it as of now is only 68 bucks.but if you are injured and happen
to survive the insurance industry will have a loophole voiding any
compensation and also in any civil litigation the lack of helmet will be a
contributing cause....therefore no $$$$$$$$$$$$..........so ..if you go
