TC, the VIN # is 2EN001428, and waddaya mean "Small'? Mine's as big as anybody's! By the way, I read all three versions (English/French/German) of my owner's manual and none mention that you have to pull up the sidestand before starting the bike. They do, however, warn you to "make sure the sidestand is up before starting out to avoid serious accidents while cornering". All this because I'm assuming that the 'sidestand switch' that I seem to be lacking is a safety device that prohibits you from starting the engine when the stand isn't up. Right?.
