Yes I had two of them frozen from Cement dust from where I work. I
finally got mine loose, by dabbing a Qtip into some Sand Storm Cement
eating acid and finally got mine loose!!! Try some PB Blaster on the
frozen screw, it might work for you, and also compressed air to blow out
any dirt particles, do not strip the head of the screw or this means a
trip to the machinest!!
