I had the same problem with carb #2. Your fl. boul is sticking. I placed mine on the
center stand, got the RPM's up to about 4,000 and tapped the carb body with the handle
of a screwdriver. Mr. Max stopped pissing on my garage floor!!! I ran some carb
cleaner(not fuel injector cleaner) with a tank of high detergent premium unleaded and
have never seen the problem again.
