Steve,
I know you know this ... but remember ... that depending on whether
you are running open or normal Vboost will completely change pilot
mixture tuning. IE .. in Patrick and Charles's set ups .. they both
had to lean out the pilot mixture and are both running open tubes. If
you run "normal" Yomama operated tubes with a heavily ventilated
filtration arrangement ... you will have to "richen" the pilot
mixture, (if you want a bottom end) ......
I didn't respond to your inquiry because you asked for "stage 7" and I
don't think mine really qualifies any more .....
I have the Patrick A. style, (unmercifully trimmed), airbox, stage 7
main air jet restrictors, DJ170 main, MK42.5 pilots, MK90 PAJ1, DJ160
PAJ2, stage 1 needles at 2 1/2, (from the flat base), and normal
Vboost .......
