Thanks for all of the replies. I tried to run the bike with the Y removed.
The problem got dramatically worse. I have now changed to DJ-165's mains,
needles in #3 position, have always had a K+N filter, and installed DJ 150's
in PAJ-1 (once again as per Dynojet). The bike runs dramatically better
(will now lift the front wheel during 1st gear roll on), but still bogs at
low rpm under heavy load. I am going to call Dynojet for assistance and
give them an opportunity to come clean before I start tackling the tuning on
my own. I think during my phone call I will order the parts to perform the
hybrid stage 1-7 that we've discussed in the past.
