Hello Ivan,
I had the same problem some weeks ago. To solve the problem
you need bulbs with a higher wattage. Here in Germany I use
bulbs with 12 Volts 21 Watts. It works well.

I just installed some smaller turn signals on the max. Yep, you guessed it,
now they flash very fast. I know it is related to the load on the flasher
but I'm now sure how to cure the problem. Any suggestions besides removing
