You can use any image viewer to "Open"  the file and "Save as" a JPG. Try
couple different ones to see the difference between distortion so you can
choose the one you think is the best. You can download a few of the apps at
http://www.winfiles.com

Does anyone know how to turn an BMP to an IPG.  I have started downloading
the pic's but my capture card is saving them as BMP's, each one 1.3Meg.  I
would have to send them one at a time and the down load would suck.
