the best image VIEWER, that i have ever used is called ACDSEE.
the beauty of it is that it is just a viewer, not an editor so it
loads up very fast. it has the SAVE AS option for the .jpg file
extention which is the internet standard pic type... you can get
it from www.acdsee.com......if ya wanna fully activate it, (or
anything else..hehehe) goto
http://202.103.100.253/hambo/index/a.html and scroll for
ACDSEE......follow instructions that come inside the file you
down from this site......
