Hey follow Maxers,
I have some distressing news. Sunday morning while I was taking my trash out
to the dumpster, I noticed that someone had decided to "key" my fake tank
and write the word "fu*k" on it. Of course I am really pissed off but have
since calmed down.
My question is, what grade sand paper do I need to use to remove the
scratches? I also need to know what protection do I need to apply until I
get some replacement paint from color-rite and have the tank repainted.
I was also considering purchasing one of the tank covers from Yamaha but
have found out that the tank cover is not available at this time. If anyone
out there knows where I might be able to pick one up, please let me know.
Any assistance is widely appreciated.
