Hi everyone ,I have a 95 Vmax with few problems first problem is that
the air mixture screws are siezed in and someone was nice enough to
strip the heads off so I cant turn them at all any suggestions how to
remove them,problem 2 at an idle it knocks but as soon as I start to
open th throttle plates it goes away I think this is because the air
mixture is not right but cant tell because the screws wont turn also if
I pull the plug wires off those two cylinders it does not change the
idle at all accept for a small rise in rpms when I put them back on but
it is hardly noticable(right hand side both cylinders act the same these
are the ones with stuck screws)problem 3 bike starts to pull really hard
at about 6500 rpm but seems to run out of steam at 7500 rpm and
hesitates or cuts out almost as if you hit the kill switch for a second
at arond 8000 rpm but revs clean to redline after that but with not much
more power after 7500 rpms.
I bought this bike this spring with only 13000kms and would like to get
it working right as I really like the bike.
Any suggestions would be nice
