Hi Larry, Thanks for the kind words about the DustMax webpage. (At the risk of starting another oil debate) About X-1R, I am not big on oil/gas additives. However the X-1R has too many endorsements to ignore! I found it cheap at Walmart and added some to the gear oil and engine oil. When changing the gear oil I added about 1oz of X-1R. When changing the engine oil and filter I used the rest of the bottle (7 oz remaining). They claim to work with synthetics also. More info is at http://www.x1r.com/automotive/oiladditive.html The gearbox shifts MUCH smoother, quieter, and neutral is easier to find. The bike also rolls around easier in neutral... Less friction is a good thing! My clutch is not slipping under hard launches and all the dyno shootouts using X-1R should address the wet clutch question.
