V-boost not working? Or did somebody disconnect it? A friend bought a 96
with 3,000 on it. Said he got whipped by a 600. After getting a float
unstuck, he asked what the noise was when he turned the key on. I showed
him it was the v-boost assy. opening and closing resetting itself. Only
thing it wasn't moving. Somebody had taken the bolt out, no boost! Got a
bolt and adjusted it. Right away as we're leaving he grabs a handful in
first, about 35mph the front tire lifts about 4-5" and away he goes.
Catch him at the stop sign, his eyes are as big as saucers. Every stop
sign he's into it.
