firing order

[BOSSVMAX]

my manual says is this correct? 
#1 left rear 
#2 left front
#3 right rear
#4 right front
@ 1000 rpm

1st synch 1& 2 w/ screw under 1
2nd  synch 3 & 4 w/ screw under 3
3rd  balance 3 & 4 to 1 & 2  w/ screw under 4
