Unless it is for looks or a deal why not use a proven system like the
Super Traps ?

I've come across a different combo . I've
tried Dunlop 591 , Bridgestone Exudera ,
& Pirelli Match seies . The best so far with the stock rims is a Pirelli
MT09
110/80VB18 on the front & a Avon Venom X 150/90V15 on the rear .
The Pirelli is a kevlar belted tire .
Air pressure at 38 psi front & rear works for me .
The bike is a rock all the way to the red line in high gear . When
leaned over the front
stays and the back will start to slip only when pushed to its last 1/4
of an inch on the
tread . I got rid of most of this buy scuffing the last 1/4" with some
40 grit paper .
The Pirelli will also drop the front buy 1/2 " . They also look good .
