No,
just put it right on. Just remember not to use to little air pressure,
otherwise you will get a feeling that the tyre twist in the turns. I use
39-40 pounds and it is the most stable (or could I describe it as it feels
sticky and safe in the turns?) tyre I ever had. (had Mishelin and the old
Metzeler Marathon before in standard dimension)
