Thanx for the replies; I don't feel like this is going to get better by 
itself...I'm hoping the dealer is cool---what's my plan of attack in case 
they're not? I really love this bike otherwise, but I've got to get this 
taken care of---under warranty. The ironic part is that they had a real cool 
and competent service manager there when I bought the bike...and now he's 
gone. :(
