You must have missed the first of the threads.  I too have vac'd out about a
quart of fluid.  I do not get any more air out.  I do have a question for
you though.  If you look at your pads and give the lever a squeeze can you
see any actual movement or just everything tightening up?  The outside pads
actually come off the disk when I let off the lever????  One about 10 thou,
the other about 5-7.  The stock I am pretty sure would stay on the disk and
just float without any pressure on the disk.  Then you would not have any
real movement of the puck's when you braked, everything would just tighten.

I know that I said earlier that the distance was the same from the pucks to
all the pads but I checked again and the outside have a gap.  SORRY ERIC!!!!

I am going to try and see if I can fill the gap just to see if it will make
a difference.  BTW the pads seem to start to move as soon as I move the
lever.  Hmmmm, may have found the problem. Now why???
