Phil,
This is a representation of the sheet I used to use. I don't have the
original anymore. Just put your runs in the top and then you can scan
across the bottom and see the individual segments. I found this to be
very helpful when tuning. Just drag and drop copies to cover more runs
... If you turn off the protection, (no password), then you can "bold"
the segments that are the best .. and then go back and look at those
runs to see why etc ... If you change the page to "landscape" you can
get about 12 runs across a sheet. I used to also put a "composite" at
the end and put the best times of each segment to see what might be
possible, (if you turned your best ever in each segment on just one
run). I used to put my "setup" information for the "track"
designations at the bottom of the sheet along with the date, weather
for the day etc .. temp, humidity, barometer etc ..... That often
helped explain why times would be very different sometimes at the same
track.
