I have asked the same question about AOL and I have gotten the same answers.  
I am a a techie and can't figure out how to do it.  I thnk that is the only
setting for AOL mail at this point.  If it is that big a problem for the list
we may have to get a free e-mail account and subscribe using that.  If I
figure it out I will let the list know.
