I installed mine in about 2 hrs. The dealer is just greedy.A jet kit is
not necesssary, just shim the needles, but a jet kit will really make a
difference.

Now I know I am a poor mechanic. When I installed Holeshot (Hindle
redistributed by Dale Walker) it took me three days (OK Three nights after
work) just to get stock exhaust off. It was thirteen years old at the time
so joint to muffler was a real struggle and no where did I see suggestion to
remove battery to gain wrench room to the rear exhaust studs. Installing
new system took no more than hour, took the longest time figuring out how to
stretch the connector spring that joined collector to exhaust pipe.
