Clutch Set Up

I was reading the factory shop manual on clutch setup. Page 3-68 in
Engine section of Manual LIT-11616-VM-13. It looks like there is four
different ways to set up the clutch .
If I understand it right each will give you a different clearence
because they refer to each if the clutch drags or won't release
completly . Any coments ?
