Test262 test frontmatter format has changed, see

Current code in
https://code.google.com/p/v8/source/browse/branches/bleeding_edge/test/test262/testcfg.py
assumes old test format.
I am working on updating the testcfg.py to handle the new format. Will
attach patches to this report.
