Current status:
can run test262 tests on Windows 7 using ActivePython. Many errors due
to 'runTestCase is not defined' (i.e., includes do not work).
Test runner persists performance data (?) using 'shelve' which
uses 'anydbm' which expects one of 'bsddb' 'gdbm' or 'dbm' to be installed.
Since those are all deprecated and ActivePython 2.7 does not install any of
them, changed this to use sqlitedict.

Currently there is no upgrade path from old to new performance data. Not
planning to commit the sqlitedict change.
