Substantial progress. What is now working:
- includes: directive
- IsNegativeTest
Async tests (new to test262) are still not working, and many of the ES6
tests fail because the features they test are not implemented. Still, I am
down to only ~40 failures instead of thousands.

I have attached the patch generated by git format-patch ; please let me
know if there's a better way to get the changes to you.
