What #11 said. For packaging, your best bet is to update your V8 checkout
to the desired revision, then run "gclient sync", then package the entire
result.
Also, before deciding to package V8 for others, you might also want to
understand V8's versioning scheme. 3.32.7, 4.2.8, 4.2.14 are all just
random daily snapshots -- not what I'd expect to be packaged.
