Updated patchset fixes the context->closure() ==
context->declaration_context()->closure() consistency check for script
contexts.
I wonder how this ever worked before.
Unfortunately this CL relies on the eval scopes CL, which was just rolled
out
for perf reasons. Will revisit after I find a way to reland the eval-scopes
patch.
